Founder
Mark Skolnick founded the Real Estate Roundtable in 1993 to provide a forum in which top real estate agents could network and exchange ideas. He has been a licensed Mortgage Broker since 1991, specializing in both Residential and Commercial real estate finance.
In 1999 He started his own company, Investment Property Capital. Mark provides financing for all property types, including single family homes, apartments, mixed use, office buildings, hotels, construction projects, mobile home parks, and self strorage facilitiies.
Mark has arranged all types of loans from all types of lenders, including $12,000,000 in financing on a prestigious luxury home. He also worked closely with a local bank in developing leading edge mortgage products for the Tenant In Common (TIC) market.
For Mark, his business can be summed up as "Financing Dreams and Fixing Nightmares."
Mark is a member of BAMA, a commercial real estate finance group located in San Francisco, and the California Association of Mortgage Brokers. He graduated from UMass/Amherst in 1985 with a BA in Cultural Anthropolgy, and is fluent in Spanish.
